How do I leave feedback?
An email is sent to you when you place your order from noreply@ecrater.com with a link allowing you to leave feedback. Then 20 days later, you'll receive another e-mail from noreply@ecrater.com with a link to leave feedback. Sometimes it ends up in your spam folder, so it may be best to check in there as well :)

I ordered the wrong size/item doesn't fit me. Can I be refunded?
There are no refunds, however, your item can be exchanged for a different size. You will be asked to pay partial shipping and will only be asked to pay extra for the item if you order a significantly larger size (such as XXXL which costs more to manufacture)

Can I be refunded?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds unless your order was lost in transit. In that case, we will replace your order. We do offer exchanges (ie. a different size hoodie or t-shirt). You will be asked to pay partial shipping to return your unwanted item and to receive your new item. If you choose a completely different item to replace your old order, you will be asked to pay full shipping. Replacement orders must be of the same worth as your unwanted item. We do not offer refunds on preorder items unless the production of the item has been cancelled.

Can I make an exchange?
we do offer exchanges when you have ordered an article of clothing (ie. a hoodie or t-shirt) and you have ordered the wrong size OR the item does not fit. We do not offer refunds. You will be asked to pay partial shipping to return your unwanted item and to receive your new item. If you choose a completely different item to replace your old order, you will be asked to pay full shipping. Replacement orders must be of the same worth as your unwanted item. For more information of exchanging clothing, please read "I ordered the wrong size."
